How often do you change up your workout program?
In this video I share a workout program that was created in 1958 for the Royal Canadian Armed Forces. It was used for many years, but eventually was surpassed by new program designs.
One of the reasons for the change was because people became bored with the program. Well duh? If you are doing the same workout every day for months of years, of course you are going to be bored.
I personally change up my workout program every 4 weeks and so does Angie. Yes we do it to stimulate our muscles in a new way, but just as important is the mental stimulation that we receive from starting a new workout program every 4 weeks.
